The French Ministry of Labour study is unambiguous: ahead of pay, ahead of academic level, ahead of initial motivation, the top factor in breakdowns is the quality of the relationship with the workplace mentor, and the nature of the tasks actually assigned. The apprenticeship logbook, meanwhile, gets filled in three times a year, the night before the audit.

An estimate, not a guarantee. Expected breakdowns = apprentices × rate. Cost per breakdown: €4,500 to €7,500 by level, within the market range of €4,000 to €8,000 (source: DARES and orders of magnitude), at ±15%. RookUp cost: Team plan, €49/month up to 10 users, then €5.60/user/month.
